We are looking for a responsible and proactive Technical Officer to oversee and coordinate technical and site-related activities for construction projects. The candidate will assist in site supervision, maintain project records, monitor work progress, and ensure all works are carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities and technical operations
* Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site staff
* Monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance
* Assist in measurements, inspections, and material management
* Report project updates and technical issues to management
Requirements:
* Experience in construction/site operations preferred
* Basic knowledge of construction methods and drawings
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
* Ability to work independently and handle site coordination efficiently
