Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of electric scooters to ensure stable, safe and reliable vehicle performance.
2. Regularly inspect and maintain the electrical system of electric scooters, including key components such as batteries, motors, and controllers.
3. Provide professional technical advice and solutions based on customer needs to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in technical training and learning of new models to continuously improve personal skills.
5. Visit distributors and solve distributors' after-sales problems
6. Management of the after-sales department and training of technical person
Job Requirements:
--Educational Background: College degree or above in electronics, electrical or related majors, familiar with basic electrical knowledge, understanding of circuit principles and working principles of electrical equipment.
--Work Experience: More than 2 years of experience in motorcycle or electric scooter maintenance, able to independently complete vehicle fault diagnosis and maintenance work. Those with experience in repairing well-known brand electric scooters are preferred.
--Language Skills: Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate in English without barriers and solve technical problems. Good written expression skills, able to write maintenance reports and technical documents.

--High enthusiasm for work, friendly to customers, able to patiently answer customers' questions and provide high-quality services.
--Have good teamwork spirit and be able to collaborate with colleagues to complete complex maintenance tasks.
--Strong learning ability, willing to constantly learn new knowledge and new technologies to adapt to industry development.
--Pay attention to details, work conscientiously and responsibly, and ensure the quality of maintenance.
