Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with the routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures or furniture.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as directed by senior maintenance personnel.
• Perform basic painting, carpentry, and general handyman duties as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff or tenants in a timely manner.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for events, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Help maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Keep maintenance tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed when working on repairs and using tools or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage spaces, equipment rooms, and maintenance areas.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
• Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working at heights.
