💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Must-Have:
Prior experience leading field sales or merchant acquisition teams in fintech, payments, or banking
Strong track record of executing high-intensity storming activities
Proven ability to coach field performance
Experience coordinating across Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance functions
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with PAYable products (Soundbox, SoftPOS)
Experience with Mastercore or similar onboarding platforms

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Plan and execute 12 Town Storming activities per month
Drive team performance against acquisition and deployment targets
Ensure aggressive merchant acquisition during storming activities
Maintain high documentation quality and approval rates
Coordinate with Back Office, Bank, Deployment, and Finance teams
Lead daily field execution in high-density merchant zones
Monitor team pipeline through Mastercore
Conduct field coaching and performance reviews
Drive collections performance across the team
Ensure timely escalation of operational issues
