TEAM LEAD - SALES & MARKETING ( MALE )

About the Role

Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing fragrance company specializing in perfume decanting and authentic international fragrances. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team, achieve sales targets, and support the company's business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidates aged 23–32 years are preferred.

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent qualification.

• A Diploma or HND in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a Team Leader/Supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.

• Train, coach, and support team members.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

JOB DETAILS

Working Hours • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Location: Kollupitiya (Colombo 03)

• Job Type: Full Time

• Dress Code: Formal Attire
