【~】✪ Minimum 2 years of experience as ATL/TL in AR Collections, Account Management, or Client Services in healthcare RCM or similar roles in international BPO.
【~】✪ Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications.
【~】✪ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
【~】✪ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
【~】✪ Capability to create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
【~】✪ Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
