United Ecommerce (Pvt) Ltd is expanding its operations and is looking for a Tamil-speaking Female Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dehiwala.
Candidates with an interest or ability in social media or marketing content creation will be given priority.
📍 Work Location: Dehiwala, Colombo
💵 Salary Package:
• Rs. 50,000 – 55,000 (after confirmation)
• Training period: Rs. 40,000 (3–6 months)
✅ Candidate Profile
• Female applicants preferred (living close to Dehiwala is an advantage)
• Passed GCE O/L and A/L
• Must be able to communicate in Tamil, Sinhala, and English
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Well-mannered, reliable, energetic, and willing to learn
• Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage
🕒 Working Schedule
• Monday to Friday: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
• Saturday: 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM
• Sundays, Poya days & public holidays: Off
📋 Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders
• Coordinate order processing and stock updates
• Resolve delivery-related issues
• Maintain records and update Excel sheets regularly
