The Mission
This is not a traditional “desk role.” You will be expected to:
* Hire fast and hire right: Identify top-tier talent that aligns with our vision
* Build & Train: Develop high-performing teams from the ground up
* Own the Lifecycle: Lead onboarding, culture, discipline, and performance
* Be the Foundation: Handle the full HR function solo initially — you must be comfortable being hands-on
* Strategic Execution: Think big picture, but execute the daily grind with precision
