## Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and route-smart Supply Executive to take control of our inventory and delivery logistics. Operating out of our Ja-Ela hub, you will ensure that our premium ice cream brands are perfectly accounted for and seamlessly distributed across our retail network, cafes, and delivery hubs. Because you are dealing with frozen goods, cold-chain integrity and speed are everything.
## Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Stock & Inventory Management
Maintain 100% accurate daily stock counts for ingredients, packaging, and finished ice cream tubs/cups (Carmello & MOMO).
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts of core items like the Decadent Set components or high-demand flavors.
Handle cold-storage inventory checking, ensuring strict compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) so product freshness is never compromised.
2. Logistics & Route Coordination
Plan, optimize, and dispatch daily delivery schedules for our fulfillment networks and retail partners.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Colombo routes to bypass traffic bottlenecks, ensuring fast, cost-efficient, and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with delivery drivers or third-party transport to guarantee that products are handled correctly during transit.
3. Modern Trade & Hub Support
Work hand-in-hand with our internal field teams (like our supermarket "Caretakers") to ensure they are fully stocked with the inventory they need for their routes.
Manage stock replenishment schedules for key delivery hubs and café collaborations (such as our Havelock hub).
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of goods received notes (GRN), dispatch sheets, and stock transfers.
Track and minimize delivery variances, damaged items, or cold-chain temperature issues.
### What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in stock handling, warehouse management, or FMCG logistics.
Geographic Savvy: Exceptional, practical knowledge of Colombo city limits, shortcuts, and commercial routes.
Cold-Chain Awareness: Prior experience handling temperature-sensitive or frozen consumer goods is a massive advantage.
Skills: Strong basic math skills for stock taking, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail ecosystem.
Tech-Friendly: Ability to easily coordinate via WhatsApp, shared spreadsheets, or basic inventory apps.
