This is a full-time on site role as an Intern - Supply Chain Management at Artisan HK Pvt Ltd in Kelaniya. The Intern - Supply Chain Management will be responsible for assist in all the Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory and Commercial processes while reporting to Head of Supply Chain & Commercial.
Job Role and Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain data (e.g., inventory levels, demand forecasts, lead times) to support decision-making.
2. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
3. Help coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Track shipments, update delivery schedules, and assist in resolving any logistical issues or delays.

7. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain documents, including shipment documents, invoices, and inventory logs.

Candidate Profile
1.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3.Excellent computer literacy and fluency in MS Office packages.
4.Effective communication and negotiation skills. Very good command in English language will be an added advantage.
5.Ability to work with minimum supervision.
6.Good multi-tasking skills & organizing skills with attention to detail.
