Supplier Registration Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor newspaper advertisements to identify supplier registration opportunities.
• Process supplier registration applications and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Submit online supplier registrations through customer procurement portals.
• Maintain accurate supplier registration records and documentation.
• Track registration deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare SAP Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for supplier registration and related payments.
• Assist with delivery operations and courier invoice processing when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support.
Requirements
• GCE Advanced Level qualification or higher.
• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in administration, procurement, supplier registration, or logistics will be an added advantage.
