Supervisor – Food & Beverages (F&B)
Job Description
Hotel East Lagoon – Batticaloa is seeking an experienced and responsible Food & Beverages Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations and ensure high standards of service. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest concerns professionally, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth operation of restaurant and banquet services in line with hotel standards.
Requirements
1.Male / Female candidates
2.Age between 25 – 45 years
3.Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverages service (hotel / restaurant experience is mandatory)
4.Strong leadership and team supervision skills
5.Good knowledge of F&B service standards, hygiene, and customer service
6.Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills
8.Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
9.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
10.Selected applicants will be required to strictly follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Hotel Management
