🔹 Position: Outlet Manager / Supervisor
🔹 Age: 25–40 preferred
🔹 Experience: Previous experience in F&B, retail, customer service, or a similar supervisory role is an advantage at least 2 years
🔹 Location: Colombo & surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day outlet operations
• Supervise and guide the team
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Monitor stock, cleanliness, and outlet standards
• Handle daily sales and operational requirements
• Ensure company procedures are followed
