Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and responsible Boat Skipper & Maintenance Supervisor to join our EMC Team at Port City Colombo for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate boats safely in compliance with all safety regulations and licensing requirements

• Supervise daily boat operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted activities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs and routine maintenance on boats to minimize downtime

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure vessels are in good working condition

• Coordinate schedules, monitor fuel usage, and maintain accurate logs and reports

• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times

• Support general operational and administrative tasks when required

• Assist with landscaping-related water operations and site maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Valid license for boat operation (mandatory)

• Proven experience as a Boat Skipper or in a similar role

• Experience working in large-scale establishments is preferred

• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious

• Basic English knowledge is mandatory

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work as per operational requirements
