【~】✪ Degree in Business Management.
【~】✪ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
【~】✪ Proven experience managing a team of 20–30 individuals.
【~】✪ Age below 35 years.
【~】✪ Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

【~】✪ Coordinate with Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
