Position Overview:
The Student Enrollment Associate - Training is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the available programs, training pathways, and career opportunities. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to applicants by offering personalized guidance and assistance throughout the admissions process. Key Responsibilities:
Enrollment Support: Assist prospective students in understanding program offerings, requirements, and the benefits of each training path, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Information Sessions: Conduct information sessions to present training programs and career pathways, ensuring potential students have comprehensive insights into their options.
Application Assistance: Guide applicants through the application process, providing support with documentation, deadlines, and other requirements.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions, follow-ups, and enrollments using the institution’s CRM system.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and training teams to align enrollment strategies with program offerings and student needs.
Student Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition from application to enrollment, ensuring students are prepared and have all necessary resources for a successful start.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with an empathetic, student-centered approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a team environment.
School leavers and freshers are welcome—no prior experience is required, though it is an advantage.
