
Business Development Manager (Strategic IT Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the local and international IT markets. As we scale our custom software solutions and banking modules, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building C-suite relationships, and positioning our firm as a premier digital transformation partner.
This is not just a sales role; it is a seat at the table to help define our market presence and global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
-Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new industry verticals (Banking, FinTech, E-commerce) and geographic markets (UK, Australia, Middle East).
-Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to high-level negotiations and closing.
-Strategic Networking: Represent the company at major events to build a robust referral network.
-Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of "Request for Proposals" (RFPs) and technical pitches, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated.
-Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the project delivery team.
-Competitor Intelligence: Stay updated on tech trends (AI, SaaS, Low-code) and competitor movements to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications & Skills
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
-Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or software consultancy.
-Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and emerging tech trends.
-Communication: Exceptional command of English with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Tools: Mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
