A Stores & Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily store activities, inventory control, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The role involves handling stock management, coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and assisting with overall operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock systems regularly.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Prepare and issue materials/items as required by departments or customers.

Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
