>>> Requirements
> Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in stores and procurement management (in the automobile Industry is an added advantage)
> Degree in Business Management or relevant field preferred
> Very good Interpersonal and leadership skills and should be a Team player
> Excellent communication Skills
> Should have been knowledge of MS OFFICE and MS EXCEL
>>> Main Responsibilities
> Inventory Management: Supervise and manage the organization’s Inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods or materials
> Stock Control: Implement and maintain Inventory control systems to track stock levels, monitor stock movements, and avoid overstocking or stock outs
> Procurement and Purchase Orders: Coordinate with procurement teams or departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders for required Items
> Quality Assurance: Oversee the Inspection of Incoming goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications
> Storage and Organization: Ensure the proper organization and arrangement of goods in the storage area for easy access and efficient space utilization
> Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of Inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant documents related to the stores department
>>> The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package base on the qualification
