Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain overall control of day-to-day store operations.
Ensure safe storage of items, maintaining both quality and quantity standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.
Initiate material requisitions when stock levels reach the minimum threshold.
Take necessary action to stop further requisitioning when stock reaches the maximum limit.
Check and receive materials forwarded by the distribution department and arrange proper storage.
Conduct regular internal checks to verify physical stock against book balances and resolve discrepancies.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level.
At least 2 years of experience in store handling in a reputed company.
Proven experience in retail storekeeping or inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication and organizational skills.
