We are a fast-growing company looking for a responsible, organized, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Storekeeper/Inventory Executive.
This role is a strong fit for someone looking to build a career in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations in a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records (incoming & outgoing stock)
Update and manage stock levels in the system daily
Conduct regular stock verification and physical stock checks
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials
Issue materials to technicians/projects with proper documentation
Monitor reorder levels and inform purchasing requirements
Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and follow-ups
Support purchasing and procurement activities
Maintain proper store organization, labeling, and cleanliness
Prepare stock reports and support audit requirements
Coordinate with accounts, projects, and technical teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory management preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Excel knowledge is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle responsibility and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
