🔹 About the Role
Softy Foods (Pvt) Ltd is launching Softy & Co., a modern quick-service dessert brand focused on premium soft serve ice cream and creative dessert experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of our flagship outlet and build a strong, customer-focused team from day one.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily outlet operations for smooth and efficient performance
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
• Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and crew members
• Handle staff scheduling and shift management
• Monitor sales, stock levels, and minimize wastage
• Ensure strict food safety and hygiene compliance
• Maintain brand standards and operational procedures
• Manage customer feedback and ensure excellent service recovery
🔹 Requirements
• 2–3 years experience in a supervisory/management role in a QSR environment
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of QSR operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 120,000 per month
