Store Operations:
Post : Store Keeper
Duties;
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Oversee opening and closing procedures of stocks in hand .
Maintain store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper merchandising of products.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory audits.
Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
Minimize stock losses by implementing loss prevention strategies.
Manage staff schedules, hygiene , and daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Store management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory software .
