• Experience: 3-5 years in Sri Lankan, Asian, or Western cuisines.

o Proficient in making kottu, fried rice, and burgers.
o Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.

o Creativity in menu development and new dish ideas.
• Work Style:
o Efficient and reliable under pressure.
o Team player with excellent time management skills.
