We are looking for a confident, creative, and responsible person who can create content **using their face/voice** and help grow our brand organically on social media.
**Full Work Description**
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating daily social media content and helping manage the company’s online presence. This is not only a posting job. The candidate must be comfortable appearing in videos, explaining products/services, creating reels, following trends, editing content, posting on platforms, and improving reach and engagement.
They must be able to plan content ideas, record videos, create reels/shorts/stories/posts, write captions, use hashtags, upload content, check performance, and improve results continuously.
**Main Responsibilities**
Create face-showing videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, stories, and promotional content.
Plan and create daily content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
Appear confidently on camera and represent the brand professionally.
Record, edit, and upload reels, short videos, posts, stories, and carousels.
Follow social media trends and create creative content ideas.
Write captions, hashtags, hooks, and simple scripts.
Maintain brand quality, consistency, and professional appearance.
Monitor reach, views, engagement, followers, and content performance.
Improve organic growth without depending on paid ads.
Communicate with the team and complete tasks on time.
Follow company instructions, approval process, and content schedule.
**Requirements**
Comfortable showing face in videos.
Good speaking and communication skills.
Passion for social media and content creation.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
Basic editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar apps.
Creative mindset and trend awareness.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
**Important Note**
This role is for a person who can be **the face of the brand**. The candidate must be willing to appear in company videos and create engaging content regularly.
