Site Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction and property development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labour teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily construction activities and labour teams.

* Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity on site.

* Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

* Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.

* Monitor material usage and assist with site logistics.

* Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned work activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.

* Experience in supervising masonry, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and general construction activities.

* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams.
