We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations for resort construction projects involving timber cladding, decking, and villa construction. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in timber construction and resort development to join a dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. You will coordinate and oversee timber cladding, decking, and resort villa construction activities, ensuring all work is executed according to project specifications and safety standards. You will review drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure accurate execution, monitor workmanship, resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

*Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

*2–5 years of experience in timber cladding, decking, and resort villa construction.

*Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control, and health & safety standards.

*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

*Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
