We are seeking a responsible and proactive Showroom Supervisor who will primarily focus on training new staff members, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining showroom discipline and service standards.
Location: Colombo 07
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured training programs for new showroom staff and monitor their progress
• Monitor daily staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance
• Ensure staff follow company policies and showroom procedures
• Maintain professional grooming standards, discipline, and service excellence
• Guide and support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (an added advantage)
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as operationally required
