Showroom Sales Manager

We are seeking a passionate individual who is ready to lead our team/s in our 2 stores in Colombo 03 and 07.

The ideal candidate should have natural leadership qualities, possess excellent communication skills, have retail experience and some computer literacy, along with an attention to detail and be dynamic and dependable.

Responsibilities include,

* Hire & training of staff

* Resolving customer queries

* Maintaining store & VM

* Assisting with inventory management & loss prevention

* Managing team & motivating staff

* Keeping track of stock

* Managing staff & rosters

* Fulfilling sales obligations

* Maintaining quality standards

* Setting an example for those who report to you

* Excellent communication skills
