About the Role
Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a growing fragrance brand specializing in perfume decanting, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy authentic international perfumes in smaller, affordable sizes. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
Promote and showcase products while explaining fragrance notes, features, and benefits.
Maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and professionally.
Process sales, prepare invoices, and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support.
Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L.
Male candidates, age between 21-25 years.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales.
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
Ability to work in shifts and occasionally assist with promotions or events.
