As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented, energetic, sales-driven, and results-oriented Showroom Manager to join our Kurunegala Branch.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills and proven experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Handling, Lead Conversion, and Business Development, with the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and actively contribute to increasing branch sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kurunegala showroom.
Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide an excellent customer experience.
Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with potential customers effectively through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to increasing branch revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Support local sales and marketing activities to attract new customers and generate business.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and payments.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports as required.
Ensure the showroom is professionally maintained and daily operations run smoothly.
Candidate Requirements
Age between 30–40 years.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Showroom Management, or a similar customer-focused role is required.
Strong talent and proven ability in Sales & Marketing.
Excellent sales closing and lead conversion skills.
Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for showroom sales performance.
Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain customer and sales records.
Professional appearance with a confident, positive, and energetic personality.
Must be responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
Candidates residing in or around Kurunegala will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
Attractive Salary Package – Up to Rs. 150,000+ Per Month
