SHOWROOM MANAGER

At Be Desi, a Showroom Manager does more than manage a store.

You lead people, build strong customer relationships, create exceptional shopping experiences and take ownership of showroom performance.

ABOUT US

Be Desi is a growing fashion and retail brand specializing in women’s ethnic wear, delivering quality, style and personalized customer experiences.

We are looking for experienced retail professionals with the energy, commercial drive and leadership ability to make a meaningful difference across our growing brands.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• You have proven experience leading or supervising a retail sales team

• You know how to drive sales, conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) through your team

• You can coach, motivate and develop employees, including young and less-experienced team members

• You naturally connect with customers and build lasting relationships

• You understand products, visual merchandising and the importance of excellent showroom standards

• You are hands-on, accountable and action-oriented—and lead from the front

• You communicate confidently and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders

• You can take ownership of customer service, team performance and daily showroom operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience

• Previous experience as a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or another branded customer-facing environment will be an advantage

• G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent qualification

• Higher qualifications are welcome; however, your leadership ability, attitude and proven track record matter most

• Preferred age: 30–50 years
