As the face of our brand, you will lead a team of consultants, manage exquisite collections, and ensure every client leaves with a memory that lasts a lifetime.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you aren't just overseeing a store; you are curating an experience. You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for the daily operations, security, and sales performance of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
● Sales Excellence: Drive the showroom to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
● Inventory Integrity: Oversee high-value stock management, daily counts, and visual merchandising.
● Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and handle high-level inquiries with grace.
● Operational Precision: Manage scheduling, security protocols, and administrative reporting.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 3+ years in retail management (luxury goods or jewellery experience is a major plus).
● Education: Bsc, HND, DIP in relevant field.
● The "Spark": Exceptional communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
● Integrity: A proven track record of honesty and meticulous attention to detail regarding high-value inventory.
● Mindset: A "leads-by-example" attitude—you’re comfortable closing a six-figure sale and coaching a junior staff member in the same hour.
