We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive - Maintenance and Facilities Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, fleet, and a clean, safe working environment.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and facilities management.
【~】✪ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility management systems.
【~】✪ Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
【~】✪ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
【~】✪ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various stakeholders.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and ensure equipment reliability.
【~】✪ Attend to maintenance requests promptly from various departments and resolve issues efficiently.
【~】✪ Oversee and coordinate with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
【~】✪ Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the office premises and surrounding areas, adhering to company standards.
【~】✪ Monitor and maintain office equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
【~】✪ Monitor the running details of the company's fleet and ensure timely maintenance and servicing to maximize fleet performance.
【~】✪ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
