POST OF SHOWROOM MANAGER
WORK LOCATION - Kurunegala
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Showroom Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend
suitable products and services.
- Manage stock levels and ensure that inventory is well organized and accurately accounted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, accessories
and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping
experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment
and product displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities as
required.
- Report to the HO and provide regular updates on sales
performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile:
- Part qualification in marketing diploma or other equivalent
qualification
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Should be able to work in computer packages with good computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Knowledge of ERP System and Word Excel is considered a special qualification.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
