QUALIFICATIONS;
- Proven experience as a showroom of retail manager (hardware industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of hardware tools, building materials, and related products.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
- Good inventory management and merchandising skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS/inventory software.
- Strong problem - solving and decision -making skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field (Preferred).
