Kandula Modern Homes is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead our Hanguranketha Branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily showroom operations
* Achieve sales and recovery targets
* Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff
* Maintain showroom display standards
* Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
* Monitor stock management and documentation
* Prepare branch reports and coordinate with Head Office
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and customer handling abilities
* Computer literacy and reporting skills
* Ability to work under targets and pressure
* Valid riding/driving license will be an added advantage
