Key responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom activities and ensure smooth operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance customer experience
Manage , Guide and train showroom staff
Maintain Inventory , Product displays and showroom standards
Handle Customer inquiries , complaints and after- sales service
prepare daily / weekly reports for management .
Handle online sales and social media activities
Ideal Candidates should Process
Full or part qualification in sales , marketing , Business management or a relates field
Proven experience in managing a showroom , branch or retail business ( experience in hardware , machinery or related fields will be an added advantage )
Strong experience in showroom sales and marketing operations.
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth .
Knowledge of stock control , reporting and day to day showroom operations
