We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated, and marketing-experienced Manager with a proven ability to exceed sales targets to lead our Kadawatha Showroom to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Sales & Target Achievement: Strategize, implement, and lead the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
📈 Marketing Strategy: Analyze market trends in the Kadawatha area, propose, and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
💍 Wedding Service Management: Oversee the entire process of selling wedding packages, managing Nilame attire rentals, and coordinating related services (decor, photography, etc.).
✨ Client Consultation: Provide excellent customer service, understand the unique needs of couples, and offer expert consultation to secure sales and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
🧑🤝🧑 Team Leadership: Train, motivate, evaluate, and lead the showroom staff to maintain a high level of performance and self-motivation in pursuing goals.
💼 Branch Operations: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including cash handling, inventory control (especially Nilame attire stock quality), and ensuring an attractive visual merchandising standard.
Expected Qualifications👇
▶️Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is mandatory.
▶️Strong Advantage: Direct knowledge and experience in the Wedding Services or Fashion industry will be considered a significant advantage.
▶️Attitude: Must possess a self-driven, proactive attitude, always seeking to reach goals and tackle challenges (Self-Motivated).
▶️Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, Basic computer litteracy.
▶️Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualifications.
▶️Age: 22 - 45
