Chenara Dodge, a fast growing fashion retail brand in Sri Lanka, is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations

• Lead, train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue

• Ensure excellent customer service and premium in-store experience

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams

• Plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns

• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

• Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in retail sales management.

• Experience in fashion/apparel retail will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Good knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
