Showroom Manager Colombo 04

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Showroom Manager / Assistant Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury showroom in Colombo 04.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.

• Manage high-value items while building strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries, custom order requests, and after-sales service.

• Monitor showroom inventory, stock movements, and stock replenishment.

• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet luxury retail standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the production, marketing, and customer service teams.

• Maintain security procedures and ensure proper handling of valuable inventory.

• Drive sales growth and implement strategies to increase showroom performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, luxury retail, hospitality.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales systems.

• Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
