## WE’RE HIRING – FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a **confident, charming and customer-focused Female Sales Executive** to join our showroom team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, understands the importance of excellent customer service, and can help customers find the perfect rug for their home or space.

### Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

• Understand each customer’s needs, preferences and budget before recommending suitable products

• Provide a warm, professional and personalized shopping experience

• Explain product features, materials, sizes, pricing and care instructions

• Follow up with customer inquiries and potential sales

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

• Maintain a good understanding of our rug collections and new arrivals

• Assist with maintaining an attractive and well-presented showroom

• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets

### Requirements

• Good spoken and written **English**

• Ability to communicate in **Sinhala**; Tamil would be an added advantage

• Previous experience in retail, showroom sales, customer service, fashion, furniture, home décor or a similar field would be an advantage

• Basic ability to use WhatsApp, Instagram and other digital communication tools

• An interest in **interior décor, home furnishings or design** would be an added advantage
