Job Title: Showroom Assistant
Department: Water Division
Location: Mount Lavinia
Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water pumps, water treatment systems, pressure boosting systems, accessories, and related products.
Prepare quotations and assist in processing customer orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Handle showroom sales, invoicing, and payment processing (where applicable).
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer inquiries, and quotations.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Monitor showroom stock and coordinate replenishment with the stores department.
Assist in stock counts and inventory control activities.
Requirements:
• Applicants who have completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) are eligible to apply.
• Only male candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates residing in or around Mount Lavinia / Ratmalana will be given preference.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.15 a.m. to 5.15 p.m
