【~】✪ Age between 25-35 years.
【~】✪ Profit and loss accountability
【~】✪ Competent in the service flow and procedures
【~】✪ Knows the restaurant concept
【~】✪ Possess sound knowledge of all the menu items
【~】✪ Knows the various payment methods
【~】✪ Well-versed with the restaurant layout and table numberings
【~】✪ Knows the ongoing promotions
【~】✪ Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management
【~】✪ Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis
【~】✪ Ensure all the staff adhere to Crystal Jade Kitchen's food quality standards and customer service stan- dards
【~】✪ Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant
【~】✪ Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant
【~】✪ Ensure the overall cleanliness of restaurant
【~】✪ Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant
【~】✪ Take orders and set tables
【~】✪ Set time-table for the staff
【~】✪ Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department
【~】✪ Attend customer's complaints and requests when necessary
