We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to be part of our growing team.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile service center/workshop ( Minimum 2-5 years )
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
✅ Ability to prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
✅ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
✅ Computer literacy and report preparation skills will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
🔹 Welcome and assist customers professionally
🔹 Understand customer concerns and explain service requirements
🔹 Prepare job cards and service estimates
🔹 Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
🔹 Follow up on vehicle repairs and customer satisfaction
🔹 Maintain accurate service records
