About the Role:
Cambridge Marketing is looking for an SEO Specialist who can go beyond audits and reports and take real ownership of organic growth.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive and focused on delivering measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute effective SEO strategies
Improve organic rankings, traffic and search visibility
Manage technical SEO and on-page SEO
Monitor and analyse performance using Google Search Console and GA4
Identify SEO issues and implement practical solutions
Work closely with developers and content teams
Manage multiple SEO projects effectively
Track performance and deliver measurable SEO results
Use AI tools intelligently to improve productivity without depending on them
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO
Experience with Google Search Console and GA4
Ability to analyse SEO data and identify opportunities
Good problem-solving and ownership mentality
Ability to coordinate with developers and content teams
Proven experience improving rankings and organic performance
