Dragon’s Den at Havelock City Mall is looking for experienced Senior Stewards to join our service team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Supervise and guide junior stewards
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Maintain service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience as a Steward / Senior Steward
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards
• Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage)
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Leadership skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Immediate joiners are preferred

අවශ්යතා / සුදුසුකම්
• ස්ටුවඩ් / ජ්යෙෂ්ඨ ස්ටුවඩ් ලෙස වසර 2–3ක පළපුරුද්ද
• රෙස්ටුරන්ට් සේවා ප්රමිතීන් පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුම
• ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාවෙන් හොඳ සන්නිවේදන හැකියාව
(සිංහල / දෙමළ දැනුම අමතර වාසියක්)
• ශිෆ්ට් පදනම මත සේවය කිරීමට හැකි වීම
• නායකත්ව හැකියාව සහ පාරිභෝගික කේන්ද්රිත ආකල්පය
