Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, Food Science, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead high-performing production teams
Sound functional knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, process control, and industrial performance management
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, and manufacturing best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Execute the Daily Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements
Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with production procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process parameters
Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Drive industrial performance by optimizing productivity, minimizing waste, reducing downtime, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
