Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce operations?
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team and lead day-to-day processes across multiple online and offline business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order management, supplier coordination, and logistics.
Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment and process accuracy.
Monitor product listings, stock updates, and marketplace performance (e.g., Daraz, Shopify, or similar).
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams by managing schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth information flow.
Manage supplier coordination and import-related activities efficiently.
Schedule client service requests and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
Track product line sales, costs, and performance through data analysis and reporting.
Handle client calls, emails, and quotation requests professionally.
Maintain and organize both financial and non-financial operational data.
Support tender coordination, operational planning, and administrative activities.
Implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Operations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or e-commerce management.
Strong knowledge of online retail platforms (e.g., Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong computer literacy and analytical ability.
Age below 35 preferred.
