💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in receivables, collections, or finance operations
Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and payment settlement processes
Experience in merchant services or fintech industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Finance/Accounting professional with strong numerical aptitude
Proven experience in managing receivables and collections
Detail-oriented with excellent reconciliation skills
Strong team coordination and leadership capabilities
Results-driven with a focus on meeting collection targets
Effective cross-functional collaborator
Proactive in identifying and resolving payment issues
Tech-savvy with proficiency in financial systems
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Oversee daily Merchant Receivables operations and coordinate the receivables team
Monitor collections performance across rentals, pending payments, and overdue balances
Drive overdue recovery and minimize aged receivables
Ensure timely payment settlement and financial reconciliation
Monitor billing accuracy across invoices and quotations
Ensure all receivables logs, trackers, and reports are updated accurately
Support commission process and agent clearance activities
Manage escalations related to collections, settlements, and reconciliation
Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance teams
Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs

Role Purpose: Responsible for overseeing PAYable's merchant receivables function, ensuring timely collections, efficient payment settlement, accurate reconciliation, and strong financial control across all merchant-related receivables
Accountability: Managing collections performance, reducing overdue receivables, maintaining billing accuracy, and ensuring all receivables operations are executed accurately and efficiently
